Rang De....
Well made, different movie...few days after watching it, now I am feeling, it could have been better actually...well, it tried to convey a message, but it got lost somewhere in the middle. I mean a bunch of college passouts suddenly one day get up and kill the Defence minister, yeh baat kuch hazam nahi hui...and yes, they tried to compare that with freedom fight by bhagatsingh and gang, I loved the way they have taken those scenes, but may be out of patriotism I could not quite digest the idea...I mean what bhagatsingh and his saathi did was really well planned with lot of thinking, taking into consideration what consequences might occur and they wanted those!! This one felt more like an impulsive deed, but then what else could have been done? Karan guy can't act, soha cries badly, she looks good though...Alice Patten has done an amazing job, "Kya soni hindi bolti hai", Amir is good as usual...his 2 scenes really touched my heart, one in the car with sue, "University ke andar hum duniya ko nachate aur bahar duniya humein", so true....and the one senti scene on the kitchen table, the way he has delivered those lines is simply superb, I wd give him an oscar just for that scene...last but not the least Aslam a.k.a. Kunal Kapoor is really really hot, he's sizzling! He acts well, more of parallel cinema types, fine performance! Overall a good movie, good to watch ones, I almost cried for some scenes but now I wd not want to watch it again in theatre...
